If you need wheels to turn, then ask Cathy! She knows how to get the best from people and they'll be happy to give it! I remember my first meeting with Cathy, I was called in as a last minute emergency to address a recent downturn in organic traffic and provide some SEO recommendations, it was swelteringly hot and I'd just come out of a quarterly review with a large bank in Canary Wharf when I saw the message. The last thing I wanted to do was travel on the underground (read: oven-ground!) in that heat but needs must! On arrival Cathy greeted me with ice cream and a cold drink.
